PATOU INTRODUCES PATOU UPCYCLING

#Collaboration

For its inaugural edition, Patou partners with French designer Kitesy Martin, founder of Kitesy Martin Studio.

Patou is proud to announce its first edition of “Patou Upcycling”, a platform inviting young creators and artists to reimagine and repurpose the brand's existing stock.

As part of its ongoing commitment to environmental consciousness and creativity, “Patou Upcycling” offers one-of-a-kind pieces, transforming unexploited fabric and supplies into unique pieces – minimizing waste and maximizing creativity and craftmanship.

For its inaugural edition, Patou partners with French designer Kitesy Martin Studio, founder of Kitesy Martin Studio.

“Kitesy's vision and dedication to designing environmentally conscious pieces resonates deeply with our brand values, and together, we have worked on a collection of five one-of-a-kind items, for those who prioritize both creativity and sustainability."

The collection is available on www.patou.com and at Patou, Galeries Lafayettes Haussman, Paris.

PATOU AND TRACEABILITY

Through its partnership with Fairly Made, Patou is proud to announce that all collections are now completely traced and evaluated in terms of carbon impact. This marks a significant shift from last year, when only the essential line (sixty-four items) were 100% studied.

ABOUT PATOU CARES (OUR SUSTAINABLE PROGRAM)

At Patou, we want to contribute to a development that is more sustainable, fair and desirable. Our approach is based on five main lines of action and progress that are already being articulated into concrete contributions, particularly to limit the environmental footprint of our activities and establish a unique relationship with our manufacturers, all with the aim of increasing our positive impact each year. ABOUT KITESY MARTIN STUDIO

Kitesy Martin has been a designer for nearly 10 years. After going through different houses such as Balenciaga, Balmain or Lacoste, she launched her eponymous brand of jewelry in 2018. She draws her inspiration from art and pop culture to highlight a graphic style mixing materials, genres and silver with gold. Firstly a jewelry brand, Kitesy Martin is also a creative laboratory with upcycled pieces in different areas such as decoration, footwear or clothing.
