Le Patou! par Carette

#Collaboration

The Patou house is coming together with Carette, the famous tearoom in the Place du Trocadéro. Guillaume Henry, artistic director of Patou, and Frédéric Tessier, pastry chef at Carette, have created a dessert in homage to Paris and its salons, as well as to fashion and delicacies.

Founded by Jean and Madeleine Carette in 1927, Carette saw the first elegant women dressed by Jean Patou walk by during the inter-war years. The spirit of the Parisian tearoom continues at thistime-honored establishment, renowned for its macaroons and impeccable service.

Guillaume Henry, who was first introduced to the Patou project at this very tearoom, wanted to combine these two stories into a gourmet, feminine pastry, mixing strawberries, rose, lemon and hazelnut biscuit. Thanks to this collaboration, we will soon be able to taste – and devour – Patou at Carette.
